Q: Explain Article 32 of Indian Constitution?

 Ans: Article 32 of Indian Constitution mentions about the writ jurisdiction  of Supreme Court.  


If any fundamental right is violated, the Writ Petition can be filed under Article 32 of Indian Constitution.  Both Supreme Court and High Court are the protector of Fundamental Rights.

Entering appearance (memo of appearance) - Rs 5. Vakalatnama - Rs 10.
