 Filing counter carries out a detailed scrutiny of the matter to identify the defects, if any. In absence of any material defect, the matter is registered and is accordingly given appeal / SLP / Petition no. The identified defects are communicated to the Advocate-on -Record / Petitioner-in-person concerned and are also uploaded on the internet.
